Hydro jetting in Los Angeles

Hydro jetting scrubs the inside of your drain and sewer lines with high-pressure water. It removes the grease, scale and roots that a regular drain snake leaves behind.

What needs fixing?

How hydro jetting works

A hose with a special nozzle goes into the line through a clean-out. The nozzle sprays forward to cut through blockages and backward to scour the pipe walls, pulling itself through the line as it goes.

Because it cleans the whole pipe instead of just opening a hole through the clog, the line flows like it should and stays clear longer. It’s the go-to method for grease-heavy kitchen lines, root problems and drains that keep clogging.

How we do it

  • Camera-inspect the line first to check the pipe material and condition.
  • Choose the nozzle and set the pressure for your pipe.
  • Jet the line from the clean-out, working through the whole run.
  • Run the camera again so you can see the clean pipe.

What affects the price

You get a written price before any work starts. These are the things that move it.

Hydro jetting questions

Is hydro jetting safe for older pipes?

Usually, yes. That’s why we camera-inspect the line first. If a pipe is cracked, crushed or badly corroded, we’ll recommend repairing that section instead of jetting it.

How long do the results last?

Much longer than snaking, because the whole pipe wall gets cleaned. Lines with tree roots may still need cleaning from time to time, and we’ll tell you how often based on what we see.

Will hydro jetting get rid of tree roots for good?

It cuts the roots out of the line, but they can grow back through the same cracked joints. If roots keep returning, repairing those joints is the long-term fix.

Do you jet commercial and restaurant lines?

Yes. We clean grease lines and main lines for restaurants, offices and apartment buildings.
